Today’s issue was just a correction to homeowners documents reflecting a new mortgage lender and they were easy to contact directly, easy to work with, resolved the issue quickly, and called me back to let me know that everything was confirmed taken care of with my lender so I did not need to check back with either again later to be sure all was good. That was a nice touch. When everything was done, I thought to myself “well that was easy” and it was thanks to them. Conversationally, working with them was like working with friends.
